Student who attend my classes will get 5 GB academic email with a domain @te.gadjahmada.edu

In the term of communication i encourage you to use this domain email for some reason such as

- your email is a gateway to login several services like E-learning

- your email is a tool that can communicate directly with me thorugh windows live IM platform

- your email is a identity when you get in touch with me, so i know that you are really a student from the university, and i can give you more priority than others

You can access the web email through : http://micresearch.net/outlook and login with your complete address like a john.smith@contoso.com

It's an okay product. I notice that I gained more energy. But what sucks is, one night I forgot to take the pills & the next morning, I felt like I had a blast! I felt like I had stomach ache, cramps, diarrhea, whatever. But everytime I go in the bathroom, nothing comes out!!! So, right after I took the pills, I was feeling alright again.

A great method is to first think off and list down all the benefits or reasons why quitting should be done. Just as they say: if there is a will there is a way. Listing things would help motivate you and clarify why you need to do it.
