• Install the Google Drive app – Download – Google Drive
• Login with your Google ID
• Create a folder to download your entire file in Google Drive
• Install the OneDrive App – Download the OneDrive App for PC, Mac, Android, or iOS – Microsoft OneDrive
• Make sure that you already clean up your storage in OneDrive or at least you place it into one Folder
• Point the folder to sync with the similar folder in Google Drive
• Let’s the Sync Happen

The drawback of this solution is you should make sure that your PC is turn-on. It is a good solution if you want to sync plus having a local backup.
