People is creating more software than in the last decade. The software population is going strong and massively expanded. However, building a software is not as simple as console application in the 90'. The software (app) should provide enough impression, provide attention, even give some addiction. On 26 February 2020, I invited by one of the best private University namely University AMIKOM. I shared about three mantras in the user experience which are UX Research, UX design, and UX strategy. We discussed how the current software company is creating a software that provide so much attention, get a lot of user, and remembered. We discuss
- Why UX research provide fundamental thing to find customer pain?
- Why statistic and qualitative method should be applied in UX research?
- Why UX design should be done through user centered design to get better insight about the UX research result and user expectation?
- Why persona is important?
- Why UX strategy define how to understand more the user by providing personalized content?
- Why content strategy helps the Costumer experience?
