Even some of hardware have their own dedicated button. On this article, we want to share five tips that you can use for your Copilot. Tips 1. Sign in with your Work Account If you have Office 365 for your organization, you should sign in with that account rather than your account. By using Office 365 organization, you get a protected data badge. This means your data won't be used as training data or processed.   Tips 2. Activate copilot pro or copilot for M365 You can activate the Copilot Pro or Copilot for M365 - buying the Copilot Pro by signing in with your account - obtain Copilot for Microsoft 365 by signing in with your office account If you don't have a work account for Copilot Pro for Microsoft 365, I recommend using an Office personal / Office family subscription. It costs you cheaper than using Copilot for Microsoft 365 Tips 3, Activate the Copilot in your Office After you want to get assistance for your Office you can use these steps 1. Install the Office 365 apps with your license, If you have both licenses (Copilot Pro + office apps), it will activate the Copilot in Microsoft Office 2. Install the Office 365 apps with a work account. If you have the correct license that includes Copilot for M365, the Copilot can be seen in the home tab You can't combine the license. For example, you have Copilot Pro + Office 365 apps. Business standards won't make the Copilot shown. Tips 4.
