If you have Office 365 for your organization, you should sign in with that account rather than your account. By using Office 365 organization, you get a protected data badge. This means your data won't be used as training data or processed.
Tips 2. Activate copilot pro or copilot for M365
You can activate the Copilot Pro or Copilot for M365
- buying the Copilot Pro by signing in with your account
- obtain Copilot for Microsoft 365 by signing in with your office account
If you don't have a work account for Copilot Pro for Microsoft 365, I recommend using an Office personal / Office family subscription. It costs you cheaper than using Copilot for Microsoft 365

1. Install the Office 365 apps with your license, If you have both licenses (Copilot Pro + office apps), it will activate the Copilot in Microsoft Office
